The zenith of childhood in a portrait of the 5th grade in Golzow, beginning in January 1966. A short review at the beginning informs about the previous two films. Then the children are surprised with the question of what they propose to film themselves. The children and also the teachers become enthusiastic participants. The Prometheus saga and Heraklit's saying "Everything flows" are dealt with and the Eisler song "Anmut sparet nicht noch Mühe" is also practiced in front of the camera. The school play of two friends at home and also the TV set, switched on as if by chance, which broadcasts war scenes from Vietnam, are shown. The vivid impression of school and village that this film conveys also refers to the presence of the film crew. Things should never again be this unconventional during filming in Golzow, nor should questions be asked or answers be given in such an unconstrained manner.
