In this episode, we explore the land and people of the state of Virginia. Known as the 'Mother of All States', Virginia has been shaped by many of the leaders of a young nation. We fly over lands that have witnessed the founding, the glory days, the struggles and defeats of American history. The journey takes us from Jamestown Island and Yorktown to Richmond and the site of the Battle of Petersburg.
